INFORMATION FOR OUR CUSTOMERS, UPDATED July 1st 2021

In line with official guidelines, the business is beginning to look a lot more ‘normal’ than it has in the previous eighteen months. The Custom Shop is made up of several large, airy spaces, and we have taken extra measures to ensure that fresh-air ventilation is at a maximum throughout the premises. The nature of the business means we can operate as normal without close physical contact, and as design consultations are booked in advance, we are confident that we will be able to avoid overcrowding or congested areas at the business.

We are really excited to be returning to something resembling normal, however we would like to reassure you that we are more than happy to meet the covid-safe preferences of customers. Please let us know when you arrange your visit if you would like us to follow any extra safety precautions (such as mask wearing, extra surface decontamination etc.)

Finally, all the team at The Custom Shop want to take this opportunity to thank all our friends and supporters for their energy, positivity and input during the trying times of the pandemic. We couldn’t have made it through without you, and can’t wait to welcome you to the business in the very near future!
