1.1 This privacy policy aims to give you information on how North collects and processes your personal data through your use of our website, including any data you may provide through our website when you purchase a product or service, order a brochure or swatch pack, sign up for our newsletter or when we take your details (collect your personal data) over the phone, by email or in our stores in order to take your order or answer any questions you have about our products.

If you would like to opt out from receiving brochures by post from all companies then we would suggest registering your details with the Mailing Preference Service. This may help to prevent you receiving unsolicited marketing but this will not prevent you from receiving marketing communications that you have consented to receiving.

Financial Disclosure Statement

The Custom Shop Limited are authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. FCA FRN: 943338 We are an Introducer Appointed Representative of Pegasus Finance, who act as a credit broker not a lender. Pegasus Finance work with a number of carefully selected credit providers who may be able to offer you finance for your purchase based on your credit rating and we may receive a commission from them for such introductions. Applicants must be 18 years or over, terms and conditions apply, guarantees and indemnities may be required. Written Quotations are available on request. Rates start from 5.9% APR with terms available from 42-120 Months. Representative example: Borrowing £10,000 over 60 months with a representative APR of £16.8%, an annual rate of £7.9% and a deposit of £0.00. The monthly payment would be £241.22, with a total amount payable of £14,273.21 and a cost of credit being £4,273.21.
